MP Ts.Shinebayar’s assertion that he would get back the name MPRP for what is now working as “The MPRP Headquarter” seems to have run into problems. The Constitutional Court has told managing officials of the MPP of his efforts and the Office of the State Registrar General, where the Headquarter has applied for return of the name, is yet to respond. There are also differences in the Headquarter camp, with some older members preferring registration as an NGO. 

Shinebayar has told media that the situation reveals how Mongolia is corroded by corruption and has promised to give more information soon.
